• Lt. Commander, (Mr. Tommy Johnson) is the President and CEO of US Leaders Financial Group. Mr. Johnson has an extensive background in business development and operations. He has more than fifteen years of business experience. Mr. Johnson is a retired Navy Commander and has been recognized for his leadership and management skills in forming and guiding diverse teams to develop sound solutions to complex and unique problems. Mr. Johnson served as Safety Officer where his crew maintained a superbly effective safety program while deployed for migrant interdiction operations. His team performed 60 underway logistics operations, moved seven million gallons of fuel, 3,000 pallets of cargo and returned home with zero safety mishaps. Mr. Johnson is an expert in financial matters and understands programmatic and lifecycle management of products and systems. Mr. Johnson clearly understands the importance of consumer investments related to product quality, selection, services, and maintenance. Mr. Johnson is also an independent insurance agent which uniquely qualifies him to determine and evaluate liability requirements for products and services provided. Mr. Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oregon State University and a master’s degree from the Naval Postgraduate School in Transportation Management. Mr. Johnson’s in-depth business and management skills uniquely position him to assess customer needs and concerns and provide the optimum products and support services to meet their requirements.

• CEO, William C. Rice, was born in the Washington Heights section of New York City NY. He graduated from EAST New York HS. Graduated from St. Francis College In Brooklyn NY, He is a 23-year member of the New York City Police Department and a 15-year former Chief of Police Old Dominion University Police Department. William is a graduate of the Virginia School of Senior Public Administrators, New York University School of American Sign Language, and Police Executive Leadership School. He is a former Chairman of the Virginia Beach Human Rights Commission and a current member of the Virginia Beach Police Investigative Review Panel. Mr. Rice worked in environments that included protective services and equipment, and electronic notification devices. He is recognized as an expert on youth and gang activities which uniquely qualify him to design and implement systems to mitigate active shooter events. William is married to Barbara Rice and are the parents of eight children.
